Returns & Payments

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn't quite right, here is how we can help:

Online Purchases

  • Full Priced Items: Eligible for a refund or exchange within 10 days of purchase.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn with all tags still attached.
  • Shipping: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Sale Items: All sale purchases are final and cannot be returned. If you are unsure about a fit, please call us before purchasing!

In-Store Purchases

  • Items bought in-store can be returned for store credit only.
  • Returns must be made within 7 days with tags attached.

Payment Options & Laybuy

  • Afterpay: Available for all in-store purchases.
  • Laybuy (In-Store): We require a 20% deposit with full payment completed within one month. Please note the price at the time of purchase is final.
