Cotton Shirt Dress with. Elastic Waist and tiered shirt. A detatchable fabric belt and long balloon sleeves. There are broderie inserts in the sleeve and a smocked feature and lace parcel in the bodice. A white background with blue flowers feature in the cotton poplin fabric.
